BAU — About 200 parishioners attended a first-ever two-fold gathering organised to bid farewell to Sr Perpetua Mary Duri anak Nyarung and to welcome Sr Andrea Lindeh anak Marom and Sr Jane Siska Mbang to the St Stephen’s Parish.
Held at Fr Luis Hall, St Stephen Bau on 14 April, the community were from the six zones in Bau, namely Bau Proper, Singai, Bratak, Jagoi, Krokong and Serembu.
Sr Jane has replaced Sr Perpetua who has been posted to Sibu after taking charge of St Francis Kindergarten for nine years. Sr Andrea is the Sister Superior taking charge of St Rita Convent, Bau.
