KUCHING — The Church of Mother Mary, Stutong was blessed with a brief encounter with “Salib Malaysia” 2026. The Church received the Salib from Blessed Sacrament Church BDC before handing it over to St Peter’s Church, Padungan.
In the brief time the Salib was at the Church, the following activities took place:
11 July 2026 (Saturday) — Handover of Salib from Blessed Sacrament Church BDC to Church of Mother Mary, Stutong.
12 July 2026 (Sunday) — Procession of Salib from the Conference Room, Priests’ Retirement Home to the Main Church. Veneration of Salib at Main Church.
13 July 2026 (Monday) — Divine Mercy Devotion and Veneration of Salib.
14 July 2026 (Tuesday) — Veneration of Salib at Grotto.
15 July 2026 (Wednesday) — Holy Hour at Main Church.
16 July 2026 (Thursday) — Veneration of Salib by Mother Mary Family Bloc Rosary.
17 July 2026 (Friday) — Prayer Meeting with Praise and Worship by English Mass Choir and BM Mass Choir.
18 July 2026 (Saturday) — Outreach of Salib. Transfer Salib from Main Church to Chapel for Retired Priests.
19 July 2026 (Sunday) — Veneration of Salib by CMM Sunday School Students (Year 1 to Year 10 Students).
20 July 2026 (Monday) — CMM Legion of Mary, Prayer Meeting.
21 July 2026 (Tuesday) — Rosary Prayers cum Veneration of Salib by Immaculate Heart of Mary, Bloc Rosary.
22 July 2026 (Wednesday) — CMM Family Fun Day cum Bible Month Activities.
23 July 2026 (Thursday) — Veneration of Salib by CMM Ladies Guild.
24 July 2026 (Friday) — Taize by CMM Youth Ministry.
25 July 2026 (Saturday) — Handing of Salib to St Peter’s Church, Padungan.
