KUCHING — The Christ the King OCDS Community recently concluded its Annual Recollection on Saturday, 11 April, held at Deshon House.
Members gathered for a day dedicated to prayer, reflection, and spiritual renewal. The programme featured sessions led by Rev Fr Ramon Borja, SDB, including a reflection titled “Letting Go of Your F.A.C.E, Let God Be Your F.A.C.E,” which encouraged participants to deepen their trust in God. A session on safeguarding was also conducted, emphasising awareness and shared responsibility within the community.
The recollection included a Eucharistic celebration, the Sacrament of Reconciliation, and the renewal of promises by professed members. The day concluded with a time of fellowship, fostering a stronger sense of unity among those present.
Overall, the event provided a meaningful opportunity for spiritual growth and reaffirmation of faith within the Christ the King OCDS Community.
